SOCIAL MEDIA ANALYST

The role of Social Media Analyst is a full-time position working with key digital accounts. The right person for this role will have experience successfully developing and implementing paid advertising campaigns and organic strategies on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Candidates must have a minimum of one year’s experience including campaign development, launch, management, optimization, analytics/reporting and client communications.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Social media campaign builds
  • Social media management and optimization of paid and organic strategies
  • Content development and management across all social media platforms
  • Bid & budget management
  • Social media ad copywriting
  • Effective campaign analysis
  • Campaign monitoring and reporting
  • Providing recommendations for improvement, change and success

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong commitment to client-service and exceeding customer goals
  • Excellent client communications skills
  • Minimum one year’s experience in social media campaign management including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. and utilization of Google Analytics and Conversion Tracking
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of automated software systems (Marin, Sprout Social, Hootsuite), basic html, web design a plus
